WHO WE ARE

PEGTV is a community television network that provides Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) programming to local communities within Rutland County. We allow residents to access and create content focused on local government meetings, educational programming, and community activities, fostering transparency and civic engagement.

We are non-commercial and give communities a platform for local voices, news, and events that may not be covered by mainstream media. We serve as a vital resource for promoting local interests and public access to media.

Community Programming: Public access television allows local residents to create and broadcast their own TV shows, programs, or community events. It’s designed to reflect the interests and needs of the community.

Access to Equipment: Many PEGTV stations provide equipment and training for residents to produce their own content.

Diverse Content: The programming is often diverse, ranging from local news and community events to special interest shows and personal project
